Audrey the Ladybug!

Audrey started preschool today! She has been talking about moving to the Ladybug class since the day we mentioned it in February, and today was the big day. It was a great one--and Isaac is so excited that he gets to play with Audrey at gym and playground time again. We're so proud of you, big girl! :)

Fun at the Falls

As soon as the weather warmed up, we made our way over to Minnehaha Falls for a picnic and some fun with the fam on two separate occasions.

First Snowman

We're behind on blogging...but didn't want to miss recording this "first!" The kids built this snowman on February 21 (one of the only days this winter where we had sticky snow).

 Then we kissed the snowman...

Then we broke the snowman.

Who knew roller skates still existed? Ryan - you'd better learn how to roller-blade this summer before your two-year-old passes you up! :)

Fire Station Field Trip

It's Community Helpers Week in Isaac's preschool class, and today they took a field trip to the Richfield Fire Station. Audrey didn't quite understand why she couldn't go too, but we promised her that her class would visit the fire station someday soon as well. Despite being a little bit under the weather, Isaac had a great time and was so excited to tell us all about it at the end of the day!

Apparently, Isaac had a lot of fun measuring himself against these big fire truck tires!
